Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?: Because we're a small business, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
What are your shipping rates?: U.S. shipping is a flat $6.99 for standard delivery on all packages, with an expedited 2–3 day option available for $25.
How are shipping rates determined?: Our domestic shipment providers determine our rates (USPS and UPS). As a result, rates are subject to change based on their set costs.
Where do you ship?: We currently only offer shipping throughout the US + Puerto Rico.
When will my order ship?: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST are usually shipped out the same day or the following day at the latest. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped out the next business day (excluding holidays).
How long will it take me to get my package?: Most packages arrive within 5–10 business days. If you need it sooner, our expedited 2–3 day option is available at checkout.
Where is my package?: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Tracking links can take up to 24 business hours to generate after the label is created.

What is your return policy?: We offer returns on items that are unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase for a full refund.
I need to return / exchange my item(s). Now what?: Reach out to the team at hello@onsundays.club and we'll get your return or exchange started.
Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?: Unfortunately, no. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?: No restocking fee as long as items are returned in their original condition. Items returned outside of that condition are subject to a $10 fee.
How long will it take to get my refund?: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What does "oversized" mean?: Oversized means that our garments fit comfortably on the body. Most of our garments are true to size, so order normally. If you're looking for a tighter look, please size down.
What does "true to size" mean?: This means that if you generally wear a medium, we suggest you purchase a medium. If you typically purchase a large, we suggest you purchase a large, etc.
I'm ____ size. What size should I get?: Fit preferences vary from person to person. We recommend referencing the size guide on each product page, or reaching out to hello@onsundays.club for personalized guidance.
I wear a size ____ in Nike / Adidas / Lululemon etc. What size should I get?: Every designer uses different design specs within their brands and collections. If you prefer the fit of a specific brand or designer, we suggest referencing their size chart for measurements, then comparing it to ours.

Where are your clothes manufactured?: All of our products are ethically made with our core manufacturing partner in Lima, Peru, China or the U.S. All of our accessories are made in the U.S.
I want to carry your product in my shop. Who do I contact?: We'd love to chat. Send us a note at hello@onsundays.club with a bit about your shop and we'll be in touch.
Do you have a physical store location?: No, not yet. Currently, we're only selling products online.
